Mentoring Junior Faculty Effectively (for Senior faculty)
JoAnn Moody, Ph. D., J.D., professor, administrator, award winning consultant, and author of several publications on faculty diversity and retention issues.

Recent research suggests that effective mentoring is one of the most important factors in the retention and success of junior faculty. In this interactive workshop, senior faculty will explore strategies for effectively supporting junior faculty in developing successful long-term careers at U.Va.

Co-sponsored by the TRC Excellence in Diversity Fellows Program and the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement.
