Lee Warren, Associate Director, Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning, Harvard University
Nancy Houfek, Head of Voice and Speech, American Repertory Theatre and Institute for Advanced Theatre Training, Harvard University

Learn to use strategic behavior and a well-developed speaking voice to be more effective when leading or participating in discussions, meetings, or group negotiations. This workshop combines self-presentation, leadership training, and faculty development in an nteractive format that encourages highly personal learning. Designed for faculty, with one workshop for women and men and one for women only. Enrollment is limited.

What's being said about this workshop:

  • A wonderful, powerful team, absolutely inspired and inspiring. Professional & Organizational Development Network, Vancouver, B.C.
  • I would not have known ahead of time the value of what we learned. Committee on the Advancement of Women Chemists, San Diego, CA
  • Profound and insightful… it made me think in new ways about my preconceptions about acting and communication. Your course made me hungry for more. Radcliffe Seminars, Cambridge, MA
  • You have made a major difference - when I do what I know I should, things happen I actually said aloud were impossible. Harvard faculty member, Bok Center for Teaching & Learning

Co-sponsored by the Teaching Resource Center, Arts and Sciences, Darden, Engineering, Medicine, and Studies in Women and Gender.
