Learning Styles to Teach Better
University of Georgia, Specialist in science education and instructional
After examining the ways they learn new information, participants will
consider how to teach and test students learning through different
styles and will learn about learning style theory, research, and practice.
In group discussions, they will address such questions as these:
- What does
learning style research mean for my students?
- What are
my responsibilities as a faculty member or TA?
- What evidence
is there that students with different learning styles can learn my subject?
