Daniel Muth
Graduate Student Associate

Daniel MuthDan Muth is a PhD candidate in the Environmental Sciences and researches the land-atmosphere interactions influencing radiation budgets, soil biogeochemistry, and ecosystem exchange of CO2 and water vapor. He is interested in exploring interdisciplinary approaches to solving environmental problems and has taught classes in ecology, geology, and law here at the University of Virginia. Beyond these credentials, he dabbles in music, writing, adventuring, pondering, sporting, and silliness. Dan prefers to approach life with a smile on his face, approach people as singularly unique and interesting, and approach education as a torch that lights the way.
