Workshops sponsored or co-sponsored by PAW are open to all UVa faculty, though attendance to some is limited in number to allow for personalized feedback. Past and future workshops include topics such as the following:

• Making time for writing
  
• The changing nature of academic publishing and/or scientific writing
  
• Mentoring graduate student writing
  
• What kinds of writing and publications matter to promotion & tenure committees

PAW: Academic Writing Workshops around Grounds
